The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian town house, and is reached by a flight of stairs.
The living room is comfortably furnished with a bed settee and two easy chairs to provide seating for
four. A colour television, stereo hi-fi and a selection of books provide entertainment.
A separate dining area has a table, and seating for four people.
The kitchen is fully fitted with ample storage space and worktops. Appliances include an electric fan
oven and gas hob, fridge / freezer and washer / dryer. A dining table seats four comfortably, and
there is ample crockery, cutlery and utensils.
There are two bedrooms each containing a double bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower, the
other bedroom has a hand basin. Each bedroom also has a wardrobe and either chest
of drawers or storage space.
The bathroom has an electric power shower, washbasin with mirror and razor socket, and a toilet.
A radiator and easily cleaned warm flooring add to the luxury.
