Downstairs
The living room is comfortably furnished with two settees. There are two easy chairs upstairs which
may be brought down to provide seating for six. A colour television with good reception, video, radio
and a selection of books provide entertainment. The room is heated by an electric storage heater and
also has a solid fuel stove which will burn coal, wood or peat.
The kitchen is fully fitted with ample storage space and worktops. Appliances include an electric fan
oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and in the adjoining utility room a
washer/dryer. A pine dining table seats six comfortably, and there is ample crockery, cutlery and
utensils. Heating is provided by electric storage heaters in both the kitchen and utility room.
There are clothes hanging facilities in the utility room making it ideal for drying wet coats and
boots (if you are unlucky and it rains!). Both rooms have easily cleaned quarry tile floors.
A twin bedded room is also on the ground floor, with built in wardrobe storage.
A downstairs shower room has an electric shower, washbasin with mirror and razor socket, and a toilet
in a spacious room. A heated towel rail and easily cleaned warm flooring add to the luxury. The hot
water tank is in this room, with a built in airing cupboard.
Upstairs
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with king size bed and a second bedroom with three single beds.
Both of these rooms have dormer windows facing out over the garden to the loch and the mountains
beyond. There are wardrobes in each room along with bedside cabinets and chests of drawers. The
bedrooms are heated by electric panel heaters.
The bathroom is compact but has a full size bath, toilet and washbasin. It is heated by a heated
towel rail.
